Abstract:
本发明提供了钠化海泡石负载Cu‑Er或Cu‑Nb复合型催化剂的制备方法和应用。将海泡石进行钠化制备出钠化海泡石,然后将Cu和Er(或Cu和Nb)负载在钠化海泡石上,通过旋转蒸发法制备出Cu‑Er/NaSep催化剂(或Cu‑Nb/NaSep)催化剂,其中Cu负载量为≤5wt%,Er(或Nb)负载量≤0.5wt%。本发明所制催化剂在温度(30~170℃)、空速(10, 000~200, 000h‑1)的情况下,对高浓度甲醛(1000~3000ppm)具有良好的催化消除效果(甲醛转化率5~100%)和稳定性(反应42小时活性不变)。本发明催化剂制备原料廉价和制备过程简单。
