Abstract:

本发明公开了一种用于测量热障涂层系统表面陶瓷层裂纹扩展速率的原位装置,该装置包括计算机(101)、基体(102)、粘结层(103)、氧化铝薄膜(104)、陶瓷层(105)、加热板(106)、固定板(107)、电阻应变片(108)和采集卡(109);通过该装置保证热障涂层系统表面陶瓷层裂纹扩展速率测量实验过程中可以改变热障涂层系统温度,实时监测裂纹扩展过程中的扩展速率,该装置结构简单,操作方便。
