Abstract:
一种高效甲烷氧化的三维有序大孔钴酸锰负载金钯合金催化剂及制备,属于催化化学与纳米科学领域。首先用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)胶晶模板法制备载体3DOM MnCo2O4,其中以Mn(NO3)3·4H2O和Co(NO3)2·6H2O为前驱体溶液,以甲醇、乙二醇为溶剂;制备好载体后,利用聚乙烯醇(PVA)保护的硼氢化钠还原法,以氯金酸和氯化钯溶液为贵金属前驱液,得到负载贵金属Au1Pd2/3DOM MnCo2O4的复合催化剂。本发明材料新颖,制备工艺简单,原料价格便宜,产物粒子形貌规整可控,且产量较高,所得yAu1Pd2/3DOM MnCo2O4催化剂对甲烷表现出良好的催化氧化性能。
