Abstract:

具有较高导电性的黑色TiO2的两步合成法,属于锂离子电池负极材料领域。将钛酸四丁酯、模板剂聚醚(F‑127)和浓度为37%的HCl加入到乙醇中,并在室温条件下磁力搅拌2h得到Ti源溶胶;将所得到的Ti源溶胶均匀涂在硅板上;使用管式炉将涂有Ti源溶胶的硅板在N2气氛下以5℃/min的升温速率加热至500℃烘干3h,使得材料充分干燥,冷却得白色TiO2;使用电感耦合等离子体(ICP)将白色TiO2氢化处理。得到的即为含有氧缺陷的黑色TiO2(H‑TiO2)。本发明合成简便的特点,同时经过等离子体氢化处理后使得材料的导电性有明显提升,提高了其作为锂离子电池负极材料的倍率性能和循环性能。
