Abstract:
一种高温性能优异的硼微合金化高温钛合金及其制备方法,属于钛合金技术领域。硼微合金化高温钛合金质量百分比组份Al:6‑7%,Sn:2‑3%,Zr:8‑10%,Mo:0.4‑1.0%,Nb:0.5%‑1.2%,W:0.5%‑1.2%,Si:0.2%‑0.4%,B:0.08%‑0.2%余量为Ti,采用真空感应悬浮熔炼的方法合成制备含硼高温钛合金,设计成分配料熔炼,为获得含硼高温钛合金。对获得的合金进行表面处理,随后进行多向近等温锻造,锻造总变形量>70%,初始锻造温度为980℃。对锻造后的含硼合金进行1010℃/1h/WQ的β相区固溶处理。本发明在保证延伸率的条件下大幅提升了合金的高温强度。
