一种Al‑Mg‑Mn‑Er‑Zr合金热变形及稳定化退火工艺及材料,属于金属材料技术领域。Mg,5.5%‑6.5%;Mn,0.7%‑1.1%;Er,0.02%‑0.3%;Zr,0.02%‑0.2%;Fe<0.4;Si<0.4;Cu<0.1;Zn<0.2余量为Al;将铸锭在250℃‑300℃热变形后进行稳定化退火,退火温度为280~320℃。该工艺下制备的板材具有良好的拉伸性能,同时改善了合金的耐腐蚀性能。
