Abstract:

一种高效催化甲烷燃烧的钯氧化镓双金属纳米催化剂及制备,属于功能材料技术领域。将PdGa双金属纳米粒子负载到γ‑Al2O3载体上,随后经过灼烧形成Pd‑GaOx/Al2O3催化剂。金属钯的负载量为1.0wt%。制备方法为:在油胺体系中,采用液相共还原的方法,将乙酰丙酮钯与氯化镓同时还原,形成尺寸均一的PdGa双金属粒子,再采用浸渍法将金属粒子负载到Al2O3载体上,Pd负载量为1.0wt%。将负载型催化剂经过450℃灼烧形成Pd‑GaOx/Al2O3纳米催化剂。本发明所制备的Pd‑GaOx/Al2O3纳米催化剂制备过程简单,纳米颗粒尺寸均一,在催化领域具有良好的应用前景。
