Abstract：
一种用于薄板焊接的347不锈钢药芯焊丝，属于焊接领域。本发明采用304L不锈钢带外皮；药芯组分：TiO2：6‑8％，SiO2：1‑5％，Al2O3：0.5‑3％，氟化物：0.1‑1％，ZrO2：0.02‑0.1％，Na2O+K2O：0.1‑0.5％，Ni：1.5‑5.5％，Cr：3.4‑12.4％，Nb：0.5‑1.5％，Mn：1.5‑3.5％，Si：0.1‑0.3％，FLC添加剂：2‑7％，余量为铁粉；FLC添加剂包括铝镁合金：30‑50％，Si：5‑7％，聚四氟乙烯10‑20％，氟化稀土：3‑6％，锂辉石：20‑40％，锂云母：10‑30％。药粉填充率为：20‑35％。本发明具有良好的焊接工艺性能和优良的电弧稳定性，焊缝铺展良好。
