Abstract：
一种用于薄板焊接的316(L)不锈钢药芯焊丝，属于焊接领域。采用304L不锈钢带外皮；药芯组分：TiO2 5.5‑7.5％，SiO2 1‑4％，Al2O3 0.5‑3％，氟化物0.1‑1％，ZrO2 0.02‑0.1％，Na2O+K2O 0.1‑0.5％，Ni 3.7‑7.7％，Cr 2.5‑12.5％，Mo 1‑2.6％，Mn 0.5‑2.5％，Si 0.1‑0.5％，FLC添加剂2‑7％，余量铁粉；FLC添加剂包括铝镁合金30‑50％，Si 5‑7％，聚四氟乙烯10‑20％，氟化稀土3‑6％，锂辉石20‑40％，锂云母10‑30％。药粉填充率为25‑40％。本发明焊接工艺性能和电弧稳定性良好，焊缝铺展良好。
