Abstract：
一种Er、B复合微合金化高温钛合金及其制备方法，属于钛合金材料领域。合金质量百分比Al : 6％～7％，Sn : 2％～3％，Zr : 8％～10％，Mo : 0.4％～0.8％，Nb : 0.7％～1.5％，W : 0.7％～1.3％，Si : 0.2％～0.3％，Er : 0.1％～0.2％，B : 0.1％～0.4％和余量Ti。制备方法包含配料、感应悬浮熔炼、真空浇铸、等温锻造和热处理，最终得到一种Er、B复合微合金化高温钛合金。本发明制备的高温钛合金其锻态合金在650℃条件下具有优异的性能，此外，还具有优异的室温强度和塑性。此Er、B复合微合金化高温钛合金室温和高温(650℃)强度高，且强韧性匹配良好。
