Abstract:

以蔗糖为共基质微曝气降解2, 4‑二氯酚的活性污泥驯化方法,属于微生物水处理技术领域。以城市污水处理厂二沉池的回流污泥作为种泥,以蔗糖作为2, 4‑二氯酚的共基质提供碳源,用SBR反应器进行微好氧降解。在此过程中,按梯度不断提高2, 4‑二氯酚的进水浓度并且降低蔗糖的进水浓度。该方法发明操作简便灵活,利用易降解的蔗糖为共基质微曝气的驯化方法能快速、高效降解2, 4‑二氯酚,达到节约能耗的目的。所加入的共基质为蔗糖,可以来源于制糖工业废水,来源广泛且廉价,在获得结构稳定的兼性耗氧污泥、实现对高浓度2, 4‑二氯酚快速降解的同时,可以实现处理蔗糖工业废水的目的,具有重要的理论意义和经济价值。
