Abstract:

一种热变形法制备掺杂PrCu合金的SmCo5永磁体的方法,属于磁性材料技术领域。用于掺杂的PrCu合金粉末占总粉末的重量比为2~15wt.%。SmCo5磁体的变形量为60%~90%。采用SPS技术热变形法制备,热变形的过程中PrCu相做为界面相,可以隔绝SmCo5和SmCo5两个硬磁相,减弱SmCo5和SmCo5两个硬磁相之间的交换耦合作用,提高矫顽力;在热变形的过程中PrCu相液化后分散在晶界处,可以促进SmCo5相的热变形;掺杂PrCu合金的SmCo5热变形磁体的性能明显提高。获得的纳米晶掺杂PrCu合金的SmCo5磁体具有良好的磁性能、热稳定性、耐腐蚀性能及力学性能。
