Abstract:

可红外调控银纳米线导电衬底WO3电致变色器件及其制备方法,属于功能材料领域。将银纳米线旋涂在玻璃衬底制备银纳米线透明导电电极;在电极上沉积WO3薄膜得到WO3电致变色薄膜;制备LiClO4固态电解质;将WO3电致变色薄膜与银纳米线透明导电电极通过固态电解质进行粘合,形成夹层结构,然后成型处理并对边缘进行密封处理。本发明可实现对于红外光波段的电致变色调控,且稳定性好。
