Abstract:

本发明涉及一种自组装的纳米佐剂及由该佐剂形成的纳米疫苗的制备方法与应用。该发明包括以鱼精蛋白硫酸盐和羧甲基葡聚糖为自组装材料,与CpG寡脱氧核苷酸一起自组装形成的纳米佐剂及由该纳米佐剂与病毒抗原形成的纳米疫苗。纳米佐剂提高了CpG寡脱氧核苷酸的生物利用率,避免其在体内降解,并且使B型CpG增加了A型CpG的功能。纳米疫苗不仅可以诱导TH1型的体液免疫反应,同时还能诱导较强的细胞免疫反应。通过小鼠体内攻毒实验证实纳米疫苗具有很好的保护作用,为今后纳米疫苗的应用提供了帮助。
