Abstract：
一种用于薄板焊接的309(L)不锈钢药芯焊丝，属于焊接领域。采用304L不锈钢带外皮；药芯组分TiO2：5.5‑7.5％，SiO2：1‑4％，Al2O3：0.5‑3％，氟化物0.1‑1％，ZrO2：0.02‑0.1％，Na2O+K2O：0.1‑0.5％，Ni：3.5‑7.5％，Cr：8‑18％，Mn 0.5‑2.5％，Si：0.1‑0.5％，FLC添加剂2‑7％，余量为铁粉；FLC添加剂包括铝镁合金30‑50％，Si：5‑7％，聚四氟乙烯10‑20％，氟化稀土3‑6％，锂辉石20‑40％，锂云母10‑30％。药粉填充率为25‑40％。本发明具有良好的焊接工艺性能和优良的电弧稳定性，焊缝铺展良好。
