Abstract:

本发明涉及一种非对称预热钨极氩弧焊‑搅拌摩擦复合焊接方法,在焊缝表面沿焊接方向依次放置钨极氩弧焊焊枪和搅拌摩擦焊搅拌针,搅拌针轴心位于焊缝中心,焊枪固定在与搅拌针夹持机构相连的滑杆定位器上,使两者焊接速度相同。焊枪钨极轴心在垂直焊接方向与焊缝中心的距离及焊枪与母材平面夹角通过滑杆定位器调节。钨极氩弧焊预热,搅拌针在母材经电弧热处理条件下以一定参数进行搅拌摩擦焊焊接。钨极氩弧焊偏移在焊缝一侧预热,可避免传统金属材料焊接时裂纹、气孔、夹杂等缺陷的产生,及传统搅拌摩擦焊搅拌针因磨损而寿命低的问题,更解决传统搅拌摩擦焊前进侧、后退侧微观组织及性能的差异,有效提高搅拌摩擦焊焊缝的力学性能。
