Abstract：
一种用于电弧喷涂制备铁基耐磨涂层的含稀土粉芯丝材及涂层制备方法，属于材料加工工程中的热喷涂领域。粉芯丝材外皮所用带材为低碳钢带；粉芯丝材填充率28‑32％。粉芯成分质量百分比为硼铁粉75‑85％，碳化硼粉10‑15％，稀土硅铁2‑10％，75#硅铁0‑5％，还原铁粉余量。采用电弧喷涂技术制备具有较高耐磨性的铁基涂层，喷涂工艺：电压28‑32V；电流200‑220A；喷涂距离180‑220mm；压缩空气压力0.4‑0.6MPa，喷涂层厚度为800‑1000μm。所得涂层具有高的硬度和良好的耐磨性能。
