Abstract:

一种激光重熔制备FeBC耐磨熔覆层的方法,属于表面处理技术领域。先将质量分数为75‑90%的硼铁粉、5‑10%的碳化硼粉和5‑15%的稀土硅铁混合均匀后轧制成丝材,粉芯丝材外皮所用带材为低碳钢带;粉芯丝材填充率:28‑32%。采用电弧喷涂技术制备具有较高耐磨性的铁基涂层,喷涂工艺:电压28‑32V;电流200‑220A;喷涂距离180‑220mm;压缩空气压力0.4‑0.6MPa,喷涂层厚度为800‑1000μm。然后采用激光熔覆技术对喷涂层表面进行激光重熔处理。激光重熔工艺:激光功率2.5KW‑3.0KW,扫描速度4mm/s。进一步提高耐磨性。
