Abstract:

本发明公开了一种基于在线辨识的冷库制冷系统智能控制方法,其主要包括基于气象参数、冷库围护结构、进出货物、库门开关运行状态等条件下,通过冷库内部温度实时变化记录,辨识确定冷库内部总负荷的变化趋势并预测库温的变化趋势,控制制冷系统的冷机台数、压缩机台数/转速、冷凝器风机台数/转速、蒸发式冷凝器的喷淋/喷雾流量、循环泵台数/转速、冷风机台数/转速等制冷系统相关设备和运行参数,避免基于冷库温度实测值的被动调节方式,降低冷库内部温度的波动,提高制冷系统的运行效率,降低冷库的总体能耗。
