Abstract:
一种基于多项指标特征的双字典匹配追踪轴承故障程度评价方法,其多项指标特征为LZC指标、峭度指标和脉冲指标,属于轴承故障诊断技术领域。双字典根据轴承振动信号特征,选取调制字典和冲击时频字典生成双字典,每次迭代在双字典的各子字典中选取匹配原子,比较各阶系数得出一个最匹配原子。将分析信号在此历次迭代原子上投影,信号减去投影形成残差信号以供下次分解。满足迭代终止条件后完成分解过程,提取匹配原子及匹配系数,对信号进行重构,计算重构信号的LZC指标、峭度指标和脉冲指标,通过三项指标的变化趋势,实现对故障程度的评价。
