Abstract:

一种重金属污染土协同焚烧飞灰制备陶粒的微波烧结方法,飞灰预处理洗脱氯盐、高效固化重金属并将废料制备成有经济价值的陶粒的办法。其主要步骤如下:水浸脱盐、过滤、蒸发结晶、干燥、混合球磨、干法造粒、微波烧结、冷却等。与现有技术相比,本发明采用了飞灰脱氯预处理及微波烧结技术,可降低氯盐对烧结设备的损害,同时,焚烧飞灰和污染土壤中重金属的固化效率得以提高。另外,两种危废协同处置转变为陶粒产品,既减轻了环境负担,也增加了经济价值。本发明具有工艺及设备简单、能耗减少、危险废料可转变为有经济价值的建筑材料、原料适用范围广等特点。
