Abstract:
一种抑制嗜盐古菌EPS产量提高PHA产量的方法,属于微生物发酵生产多聚物领域。本工艺方法通过调节发酵液中NaCl的浓度可以抑制EPS的合成,促进PHA倾向性合成。控制发酵液中NaCl浓度在200g/l‑250g/l时,可以抑制EPS的产量,显著提升PHA的合成量。这种调控Haloferax mediterranei倾向性合成PHA的技术方法实现简单,易于工程操作。
