Abstract:

一种基于超声检测的胶体耦合介质,属于耦合介质与超声检测领域。所述胶体耦合介质以水为载、魔芋粉与海藻粉组成;魔芋粉与海藻粉按9:1质量比混合;1.3g混合粉末配200ml水,水为沸水,倒入混合粉末的同时,搅动沸水,混合均匀待其冷却即可。应用于超声检测,胶体耦合介质厚度比探头半径长10mm以内。本发明能够进行常规直接反射回波测量,也能够实现在超声显微系统中对各种材料的各种波速的测量,从而计算出各种材料的泊松比与弹性模量。测量结果与理论值一致,脱离了水的束缚,可以对不防水的试件以及斜面进行测量,具有良好的使用前景。
