Abstract:

本发明公开了一种多点顶紧的微转动调平装置,属于纳米压痕力学测试技术领域。本发明实现试样在纳米压痕仪的卡台中发生微尺度转动,不仅得到垂直于压入方向的平面,而且使得任意表面起伏度较大的试样被测微尺度的区域也可以垂直压入方向,解决了被测平面预压入方向不垂直带来的误差,更使得通过纳米压痕技术进行恒深度划痕成为可能。本发明通过机械调平方法实现,成本低廉、体积小,并同纳米压痕仪的卡台相结合,节省空间便与推广。
