Abstract:

本文公开了一种用于模拟扫描电镜真空环境的高温测试装置,测试在高、低真空环境及大气环境(10‑5~105Pa)下,目标点的温度分布,并可测试施加热防护措施后对目标测试点温度降低的效果,测温范围为‑40~1600℃。该测温装置包括:真空室及真空装置,热电偶测温组件,电极法兰组件,支撑法兰组件,加热台装置,及热防护挡板。本装置结构设计简单,测温精度高,测温范围广,适用于测试不同类型扫描电镜及真空设备中的温度分布。
