Abstract：
一种高强铝合金激光焊接用Al‑Si‑Sc系焊丝，该焊丝的化学成分及质量百分比为：Si：11～13％、Sc：2.0～4.5％，其余为Al和其它不可避免的杂质元素。所述不可避免的杂质元素为Fe、Zn、Mn、Mg；各杂质元素所占比例为，Fe：0～0.8％、Zn：0～0.2％、Mn：0～0.15％、Mg：0～0.1％。用该种焊丝可有效抑制焊接热裂纹产生，晶粒明显细化并成等轴状，焊接接头的综合机械性能得到大幅度提升。
