Abstract：
一种镁合金微细管及其制备方法，属于金属材料精密加工领域。该方法包括以下步骤：(1)将镁合金坯料挤压，得到无缝挤压管坯；(2)将得到无缝挤压管坯去应力退火；(3)将退火后的无缝挤压管坯进行多道次拉拔、中间退火，得到镁合金微细管。本发明制得的镁合金微细管表面质量良好、尺寸精确、壁厚均匀、力学性能优良，并且该加工方法工艺简单、成本低、加工效率高，可大批量生产。该镁合金微细管可以作为结构件应用于汽车、电子领域，也可以作为医用植入物，用来制备血管支架。
