Abstract:

本实用新型公开了一种容积式压缩膨胀制冷的可燃气体液化装置,制冷剂净化预处理单元、制冷剂压缩单元、多股流换热器、制冷剂膨胀单元依次通过进出口首尾相连组成制冷剂回路,可燃气体净化预处理单元、多股流换热器、可燃气体储罐依次通过进出口首尾相连组成可燃气液化回路,制冷剂压缩单元由多台制冷剂压缩机连接组成,每台制冷剂压缩机上带有油冷却循环回路;制冷剂膨胀单元由多台膨胀机连接组成,每台膨胀机上带有油润滑循环回路。本实用新型可实现可燃气的液化,将大量存在于我国边远地区的常规或非常规天然气田中的可燃气资源液化,减少运输成本;同时对一次能源的充分利用,减少了目前因直接燃烧或排放而造成的大气环境污染。
