Abstract:

一种数字PCR微滴制备方法,属于数字PCR技术领域。包括水相通道、具有分流通道的油相通道、出口为锥形放大的油相与水相交叉通道以及微滴生成后的输出通道。本发明主要解决数字PCR微滴生成中产率低、体积大、单分散性差的问题,可以提高数字PCR的检测精度。
