Abstract:

一种提高核电690合金管表面性能的激光合金化处理方法属于激光加工领域。其特征在于采用波长为800‑1070nm连续激光热源对690合金传热管外圆表面进行熔凝合金化处理,激光熔凝690合金管外圆表面的同时以4‑4.5g/min的速率向熔池喷入100‑140目的NiCrTiNbTa粉末,粉末中Ni含量为5‑10wt%、Ti含量为0.5‑5wt%、Nb含量为0.5‑5wt%、Ta含量为0.5‑3wt%其余为Cr,送粉气体为0.5‑1MPa的N2+Ar混合气体,混合气体的比例为N2 : Ar为60%‑80%,送粉喷嘴到传热管表面的距离为5‑12mm,传热管外侧靠近送粉管套有氮化管,氮化管中氮气通入流量为20‑30L/min,氩气进行保护内管表面和冷却管壁。激光合金化处理后在真空炉中以6‑10℃/min的升温速率加热到710‑720℃保温2‑10h,然后随炉冷却,获得100‑800μm厚的致密合金化层,从而提高耐蚀性和耐磨性。
