Abstract:

一种吸附除砷除磷氧化铁改性石英砂滤材的制备方法,它包括未改性石英砂的预处理、反应器运行及改性石英砂制备两部分。铁锰含量超标的地下水经过喷淋曝气后进入滤柱,Fe2+离子在滤层中发生自催化氧化反应,在砂面上形成γ‑FeOOH层,滤柱运行24~36h后进行周期反冲洗,淘洗结合松散的γ‑FeOOH,随着运行时间的延长,滤砂表面披覆的γ‑FeOOH层越来越厚,石英砂粒径也随之增大,至此获得密实度较大的颗粒,最后停止操作,将披覆γ‑FeOOH的石英砂取出,烘干,最终得到粒径0.8~2mm的吸附除砷除磷氧化铁改性石英砂滤材。本发明简单易行,制成的滤材适用于地下水中超标砷处理及污水二级生物处理出水中磷的深度吸附去除。
