Abstract:

一种电泳‑脉冲沉积制备石墨烯修饰载钯电极的制备及应用,属于电化学水处理技术领域,以聚吡咯为助催化剂,加入阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,石墨烯为催化剂载体,提高催化剂的分散性和利用率,以化学镀工艺作为催化剂沉积技术,增强催化剂与基体的结合力,镀层晶粒细且均匀致密,增强电极的稳定性。本发明以钛网为基质,在表面聚合一层聚吡咯膜后,采用电泳法将石墨烯修饰至基质表面,形成一层均匀的石墨烯载体膜。采用脉冲电镀工艺沉积钯催化剂,与同等条件下制备的Pd/Ti电极相比,Pd/Gr/SDBS‑PPy/Ti电极催化性能更高。
