Abstract:

一种应力条件下油气管道用高强钢直流杂散电流腐蚀评价方法,属于油气管道检测与评价领域。该方法的实施步骤如下,S1管线信息管理;S2应力状况评价;S3杂散电流干扰评价,杂散电流干扰分为直流干扰和交流干扰;S4土壤腐蚀性评价;S5腐蚀速率预测及评价,将检测到的土壤电导率、土壤pH值、计算得到的直流杂散电流密度和应力水平进行处理得到腐蚀速率与以上因素的数学关系,进行腐蚀速率预测及评价。本发明方法针对现有标准和评价方法对土壤腐蚀性、杂散电流干扰检测结果进行综合评价,实现了对管线应力状况进行评价,针对高强钢管线得到直流杂散电流密度及应力水平,并对腐蚀速率进行预测及对腐蚀程度进行评价。
