Abstract:

一种低熔点混合熔盐传热蓄热介质,属于高新技术中物理传热储能技术。其特征在于:由:25.1wt%硝酸钙,50.0wt%硝酸钾,8.3wt%硝酸钠,8.3wt%硝酸锂,8.3wt%碳酸钾。该混合熔盐的熔点为83.7℃,分解温度为592.9℃。该技术将几种熔盐混合起来形成共晶混合熔盐后能够显著降低共晶熔盐混合物的熔点,共晶混合熔盐能够在较宽的运行温度范围内确保相和组分稳定、均匀的热物性。混合熔盐组分越多,混合物的熔点就相对越低,但其分解温度也会相应的降低,共晶混合熔盐的成分和比例不同,其热物性也不同。因此,在配制混合熔盐中,应权衡各方需求,慎重选择混合熔盐的组分种类和配比。
