Abstract:

一种Er/Sc/Zr复合微合金化的Al‑6Mg‑0.4Mn合金稳定化退火工艺,属于有色金属技术领域。Er/Sc/Zr复合微合金化Al‑6Mg‑0.4Mn合金各组分的质量百分含量分别为:Mg5.5%~6.5%,Mn0.4%~0.5%,Er0%~0.09%,Zr0.1%~0.15%,Sc0.04%~0.1%不可避免杂质含量<0.4%。Er/Sc/Zr复合微合金化Al‑6Mg‑0.4Mn合金经300℃(7‑12h)+475℃(15h)均匀化退火、450℃保温2h热轧,热轧变形量约为70%±2%,中间退火475℃/5h后冷轧,至最终冷变形量为60%±2%,然后进行稳定化退火,稳定化退火温度和时间为240℃/10‑24h,250℃/5‑24h,265℃/2‑24h。该工艺通过稳定化处理控制β相的析出位置和形貌,提高合金的耐长期晶间腐蚀性能。同时,也能够保证较高的强度,显著提高板材的使用寿命。
