Abstract:

一种高稳定性的非偏振依赖表面增强拉曼散射衬底、制备及应用,其制备技术属于材料物理化学领域;其应用范畴属于光散射科学和表面等离子体科学领域;其为由金纳米粒子等边三聚体周期性排列形成的规则阵列。制备工艺为:首先利用电化学腐蚀在铝基片上制备出一层极薄的氧化铝纳米坑等边三聚体周期性阵列,之后在该阵列上沉积一层极薄的金纳米薄膜,然后对沉积有金膜的纳米坑阵列基片进行退火,得到金纳米粒子等边三聚体周期性阵列,即高稳定性的非偏振依赖表面增强拉曼散射衬底。该衬底在表面增强拉曼散射检测的过程中,具有在全360°范围内无视激发光偏振方向,全角度稳定输出表面增强拉曼散射信号的突出优点。
