Abstract:

本发明公开一种双激光—双丝旁路电弧复合的焊接方法,使连续激光束作用在母材上,脉冲激光作用在双丝焊枪上端焊丝熔滴固液界面的颈缩处;电弧加热焊丝,形成熔滴,熔滴尺寸逐渐增大,同时,脉冲激光束发射出一定频率的激光照射到上端焊丝熔滴上,给熔滴一定频率的激光蒸发反冲力;蒸发反冲力“切割”熔滴,脉冲频率的改变使熔滴尺寸、过渡频率、飞行方向和轨迹发生变化,促进熔滴完成过渡;使熔滴在激光蒸发反力的轰击下脱离焊丝,促进熔滴过渡进入熔池,增加熔敷效率;计算机控制系统通过检测电弧电压的变化,实现固定弧长的闭环控制。本发明可以实现大熔深、低飞溅、高焊速、窄热影响区的高效率、高质量的焊接。
