Abstract:

一种汽液固三相蓄能器,属于蓄能技术领域。该发明以吸收式制冷工质对作为蓄能介质,由“三相蓄能罐”和“液态制冷剂蓄罐”有机组合成汽液固三相蓄能器,两蓄罐均采用上部换热和下部储存液体的一体化及液体自循环喷淋设计,“三相蓄能罐”上部换热器采用表面多孔管换热器来强化传热传质过程,在“三相蓄能罐”下部布置结晶物分布器来加速溶液结晶和融晶,布置4层滤网装置,分层交错排列。该发明避免了目前溶液吸收式蓄能中结晶带来的危险,同时使得蓄能密度比两相蓄能方式明显提高,50%的结晶率可使蓄能密度提高50%以上,换言之,50%的结晶率,蓄能器的体积缩小一半以上。调节控制简单,与传统吸收式制冷空调系统结合,组成带三相蓄能器的吸收式制冷空调系统。
