Abstract:

一种二氧化钛纳米胶囊阵列的制备方法,属于纳米薄膜制备及光电化学特性领域。在钛基体上制备一种二氧化钛纳米胶囊阵列结构,其中TiO2纳米颗粒生长在TiO2纳米管内外壁上。首先在钛片上制备TiO2纳米管,然后采用液相沉积制备TiO2纳米颗粒并热处理。本发明比表面积大大的增加可吸附更多的染料,其光电转换效率比常规二氧化钛纳米管阵列的光电转换效率提高了52%。
