Abstract:

一种基于电磁声传感器的非金属板Lamb波检测方法,属于超声无损检测领域。实施该方法时采用了全向型电磁声传感器,传感器中螺旋形线圈置于柔性电路板中,圆柱状钕铁硼磁铁置于螺旋形线圈上。该方法结合与传感器线圈形状一致的铜箔,铜箔粘贴在有机玻璃板上,电磁声传感器置于铜箔上,圆柱状钕铁硼磁铁、螺旋形线圈和铜箔紧密接触。当螺旋形线圈通入交变电流时,在铜箔中产生涡流,在圆柱状钕铁硼磁铁提供偏置静磁场的作用下,铜箔中产生交变的洛伦兹力。有机玻璃板与铜箔紧密贴合,洛伦兹力引起板中质点振动,振动在板中以Lamb波的形式进行传播。搭建实验系统,运用该方法在有机玻璃板中实现Lamb波S0模态的激励和接收。
