Abstract:

一种基于悬浮芯片系统针对灰葡萄孢抗药相关位点的多重检测方法涉及分子生物学领域,具体涉及一种采用悬浮芯片系统,结合ASPE PCR方法针对与4种杀菌剂抗药性相关的灰霉抗药位点多重检测技术。本发明公开了一种基于悬浮芯片系统的针对灰葡萄孢抗药突变位点的多重检测方法。它是依次通过多重PCR、EXO/SAP处理PCR产物、多重ASPR PCR、带有生物素标记的ASPR PCR产物与磁珠杂交、Bio Plex 200系统检测五个步骤,来实现同时检测与四类杀菌剂抗药型相关基因型的目的。本发明具有高通量、灵敏度高、特异性好、重复性好、所需样本量少等优点。
