Abstract：
一种用于热锻模具修复的堆焊药芯焊丝，属于焊接材料技术领域。采用碳钢钢带包裹药芯粉末，所述的药芯粉末包括以下质量百分含量的物质：氟化钠：2～6%；氟化钙：5～8%；金红石：3～5.5%；石英：1～5%；高碳铬铁：4.3～13.2%；纯铬粉：24.8～38.3%；镍粉：6～11.3%；钨铁粉：1.5～3.5%；电解锰：2.5～5.1%；钼铁粉：14.7～27.3%；硅铁粉：3.6～6.1%；钒铁粉：0.2～1.4%；余量为还原铁粉。药芯焊丝的填充率为20～35%。同现有材料相比，本发明具有以下优点：(1)具有很好的热稳定性和耐热疲劳性能，硬度范围48-52HRC(2)堆焊金属具有高抗裂性，无需焊前预热、焊后立即热处理；(3)堆焊工艺性好，焊缝成形美观。
