Abstract:

本发明公开了一种小粒径且分散均匀的贵金属纳米颗粒电催化剂的绿色一步合成法,该方法是:将酞菁类金属化合物DMF溶液、贵金属前驱体的水溶液加入到碳基质载体的醇溶液中超声分散;磁力搅拌24~144h使碳基质载体、酞菁类金属化合物与贵金属前驱体充分配位复合;通H2还原并搅拌,使混合溶液与H2保持充分接触,离心洗涤自然晾干后得到小粒径且分散均匀的贵金属纳米颗粒电催化剂。本发明所用试剂安全无害,制备流程简单易行,且反应条件易于达到并几乎实现了零耗能;所制备的贵金属纳米颗粒电催化剂产率高、纯度高、形貌均一、分散性良好,并相较于商用碳载铂电催化剂氧还原的电催化效率明显提高,同时兼具较高的稳定耐用性。
