Abstract:

一种改善镁合金室温塑性的微观组织细化方法,属于合金微观组织细化技术领域。针对Mg Zn Er合金中初生W相或/和I相等结构粗大且难以消溶而导致塑性较差的问题,向合金中添加0.01~1.0wt.%的Al作为组织细化元素,可显著细化合金的组织结构,其初生第二相尺寸约为10~50μm,固溶处理后初生相消失,代之为针状的第二相,宽约为5~10μm,长约为15~35μm,分布弥散。挤压加工后,合金室温下延伸率可达25~45%,为一种塑性性能优异的镁合金材料。
