Abstract:
一种制备高矫顽力各向异性纳米晶钕铁硼永磁体的方法,属于磁性材料技术领域。本发明采用放电等离子烧结技术,将NdFeB粉和TbH3纳米粉的混合料经热压热变形制得各向异性NdFeB磁体,后经热处理获得一种高矫顽力的各向异性纳米晶NdFeB磁体。当TbHx的添加量为0.7wt.%时,热变形磁体经650℃退火后,相较于同温度下未经掺杂热变形磁体的矫顽力提高53.3%,剩磁降低2.2%。与传统粉末冶金工艺相比,有Tb添加量少、矫顽力提高明显、剩磁损害小的优势。而且利用放电等离子烧结制备的热变形纳米晶NdFeB磁体在矫顽力、热稳定性能、耐腐蚀性能以及力学性能方面也有提高。
