Abstract:

一种电池包液体冷却/加热系统实验装置涉及电动汽车电池的热均衡系统。本发明所设计的电池包液体冷却/加热系统实验装置由压缩机、冷凝器、冷凝风扇、毛细管、蒸发器、循环泵、储液箱、电加热棒、流量计、电磁阀、压力传感器、温度传感器和电池包组成。本发明针对动力锂电池设计了一种符合国内混合动力汽车或纯电动汽车的电池包液体冷却/加热系统实验装置。本实验装置可以实现电池包的冷却、加热、保温三种功能,使电池包或单体电池始终工作在最佳的温度范围内,延长电池使用寿命,提高电动汽车的动力性能。
