Abstract:

一种柔性全固态阵列式钙钛矿太阳能电池的制备方法,属于纳米薄膜制备及光电化学特性技术领域。利用脉冲阳极氧化技术在钛箔等柔性基体上制备结构可控的排列高度有序的二氧化钛纳米管阵列,采用溶液法分别将钙钛矿敏化剂和固体电解质植入二氧化钛纳米管管内以形成同轴阵列;以此为基础,在柔性基体上组装钙钛矿太阳能电池。所制备的复合薄膜用于钙钛矿太阳能电池,其光电转换效率达到0.65%。
