Abstract:

本发明涉及一种提高核电690合金应力腐蚀抗性和耐磨性的激光处理方法。采用波长为800-1070nm连续激光热源熔凝处理690合金传热管外圆表面的同时辅助氮气进行渗氮处理,激光功率300-1000W,激光扫描线速度为200-800mm/min,光斑直径0.5-3mm,搭接率20-60%,激光熔凝690合金管外圆表面的同时辅助氮气进行渗氮处理,氮气流量为20-30L/min,氮气喷嘴到传热管表面的距离为5-12mm,喷嘴出口氮气压强为0.5-1MPa, 690传热管内孔辅助流量为20-30L/min的氩气进行保护内孔表面和冷却管壁。它采用激光熔凝同时向熔凝区通氮气的方法在690合金传热管表面进行渗氮处理,获得20-100μm厚的致密渗氮层,从而提高应力腐蚀抗性和耐磨性。
