Abstract:

一种TiN(1-x)Cx定比化合物粉体的制备方法属于无机功能陶瓷粉末冶金领域。本发明采用氧化钛和碳为原料,通过固气反应两段法的工艺控制,氮化段 : 1000~1600℃氮气气氛下保温1~6h氮化得到前驱体TiN;碳化段:升温至1600~2200℃氩气气氛下保温1~5h得到定量碳掺杂的TiN(1-x)Cx的定比化合物粉体;通过控制碳的混入量来控制最终TiN(1-x)Cx的碳掺杂量,制备出前驱物TiN和不同碳掺杂量的定比化合物TiN(1-x)Cx。本方法设备要求低,操作简单,最终制备的TiN(1-x)Cx氧含量低,碳掺杂量精确可控。
