Abstract:
一种提高含铒铝合金板材抗疲劳损伤性能的轧制及热处理工艺,属于有色金属合金技术领域。对于Mg6.10wt%,Mn0.51wt%,Zn0.81wt%,Er0.20wt%,Zr0.18wt%,杂质总含量小于1wt%,其余为Al的Al-Mg-Mn-Zr-Er合金板材于470℃进行20h的均匀化退火,结束后出炉空冷;然后410℃热轧,压下量为80%,得到10mm厚的热轧板;经350℃保温2h,空冷后进行60%压下量的冷轧,得到4mm厚冷轧板,并于170℃保温2h,最后空冷至室温。本发明提出的轧制及热处理工艺,通过Al3(Er, Zr)粒子的作用,得到一种具有较高强度的抗疲劳损伤的铝合金板材。
